The scope

Built around
your facility.

Ground-up builds, full remodels, tenant improvements, and phased renovations. We coordinate permitting, scheduling, and on-site supervision around the needs of your facility.

A successful build starts with understanding how your facility works. We review existing conditions, access requirements, and operating schedules before developing the scope. Your project manager then coordinates the trades, tracks milestones, and keeps your team informed through closeout.

What we deliver

  • Ground-up commercial construction
  • Tenant improvements and interior build-outs
  • Facility renovations and modernization
  • Phased construction in occupied buildings

Available across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Georgia.

A coordinated build, at every stage.

A new facility and an occupied renovation need different plans. We bring the trades together around the scope, the site, and the people who use it.

Ground-up construction

Start with the intended use, site conditions, and project requirements. Permitting, trade scheduling, and on-site supervision are coordinated through one prime contractor, with a clear point of contact as the building takes shape.

Tenant improvements & remodels

Adapt an existing space to its next use. Interior build-outs bring finishes, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC into the same construction schedule, so decisions about one trade account for the others.

Occupied facility renovations

Plan work around the building’s operating schedule. Access routes, work areas, and phased activities are reviewed with your team before construction starts, with inspections and punch-list work carried through closeout.

Planning your project

Bring the big picture. We’ll help define the scope.

You don’t need every answer to start a conversation. These details help us understand the work and prepare for the next step.

  • Project location, intended use, and available drawings
  • Target start date, milestones, and budget parameters
  • Occupancy, access restrictions, and procurement requirements
Discuss your general construction project

Before we get started.

Can one contract cover the building and its systems?

Yes. General construction, roofing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical can be coordinated under one prime contract. Some scopes are self-performed and others are delivered through our subcontractor network.

Can the work be phased around an occupied facility?

Phased renovations are part of our scope. We review operating hours, access, and the proposed work with your facility team to establish a practical sequence. Any required closures or service interruptions are discussed during planning.
