Service, panels & lighting

Electrical scopes include service and panel upgrades and interior and exterior lighting. Work is planned around safe access, facility schedules, and the needs of adjacent trades, with required inspections coordinated through sign-off.

Low-voltage rough-in

Plan low-voltage pathways and rough-in alongside the wider build-out. Available drawings, equipment locations, and the responsibilities of other installers help define the scope before walls and finishes are completed.

Controls

Controls work is coordinated with the systems and equipment it serves. Share the controls requirements and equipment information so connections, trade responsibilities, and inspection needs can be addressed in the project plan.

Planning your project

Bring the requirements for the systems you need to power.

You don’t need every answer to start a conversation. These details help us understand the work and prepare for the next step.

  • Available electrical drawings and existing service information
  • Lighting, equipment, low-voltage, and controls requirements
  • Occupied areas, access restrictions, and shutdown windows
Discuss your electrical project

Before we get started.

Do you handle low-voltage and controls work?

Yes. Low-voltage rough-in and controls are included in our commercial electrical offering. Provide the system requirements so the scope and coordination responsibilities can be established.

Can electrical work be coordinated with HVAC or a remodel?

Yes. Electrical, HVAC, and general construction can be included in the same project plan. Equipment needs and the construction sequence are reviewed together to coordinate the trades.
